9. Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit details of the proposed signage for the written approval of the Planning Authority. The retail signage shall comprise either individually mounted or handpainted and backlit lettering of maximum height 40cm. The colour scheme shall complement the materials and colours in the shopfront and adjacent shopfronts.
