6. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority, details of the management company established to manage the operation of the development together with a detailed and comprehensive Shared Accommodation Management Plan which demonstrates clearly how the proposed Shared Accommodation scheme will operate. Reason: In the interest of the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
