2. The proposal hereby granted planning permission shall be amended as follows: a) The dormer window shall be reduced in height so that it sits below the ridgeline of the main roof structure to the existing dwelling. b) The width of the dormer window shall be reduced by 1000mm. Plans and particulars reflecting the above amendments shall be submitted to the planning authority for its written agreement, prior to commencement of the development. Reason: in the interests of visual amenity.
