3. The development shall be revised as follows: (a) The western pier of the proposed entrance shall be repositioned eastwards to create a single combined vehicular and pedestrian entrance which shall be 2.5m in width. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented in conjunction with the construction of the extension, or sooner. The revised drawings shall be circulated to the Transport Planning Division.
