3. The following requirements of the planning authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority: i. Full specification for all structural works to address the issues with settlement are to be submitted for written approval following completion of investigation works. This is to be accompanied by detailed drawings at a sufficient scale (1:20) to demonstrate the nature of the works and their extent.
