2. Prior to commencement of development on site, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings to the Planning Authority, for their written agreement to show the following amendment: a) The ground floor front extension shall be reduced in depth to no more than 1.5 metres wide. b) The applicant shall submit a detailed ground floor plan showing the position of the proposed bedroom at ground floor level Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
