2. The development shall be revised as follows: i) The proposed lettering to the signage shall be individually pin mounted brushed stainless steel or equivalent material. ii) Any proposed illumination should be discreet, either concealed where the fascia detail permits, or by rear illumination of the individual letters. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, within 3 months from the final Approval date:- Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
