3. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The attic level full width dormer shall be reduced in scale by pulling in the structure by one metre from each roof edge and by splitting the dormer structure by maintaining a one metre separation between the reduced dormers at the roof boundary between the two properties. The front wall of the now separated dormers shall be pulled up by 500mm from the eaves line. The areas of roof which would be exposed between the dormers shall be pitched to match the front roof slope form and materials. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings:-
