6. The refuse storage area shall be relocated to the area below the external staircase at the front of the building in order to allow for transport of bins for collection in a safe and hygienic manner. Prior to commencement of development revised plans showing this shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained. In the event of the bicycle parking being relocated to facilitate this, the revised location for bicycle parking shall also be shown on the plans. The refuse storage area shall be naturally ventilated and have access to a wastewater drainage point to allow for cleaning and disinfecting.
