3. The development hereby approved shall incorporate the following amendments: a) The windows along the eastern elevation facing Newmarket Street shall not be obscured. b) The ancillary part off-licence shall be screened from the entrance doorway to the retail unit. c) The area for the display of alcohol products shall only be accessed internally via the retail unit and secured using a locking turnstile. Revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings.
