4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: v. The introduction of appropriate insulation will only be considered where no sound historic flat plaster and historic joinery survives in the historic rooms. Confirmation of surviving finishes to all spaces shall be provided including the impact of the proposed drylining on surviving historic window architraves and fireplaces.
