Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Proposed Works. The works proposed under this application relate to the existing windows and doors to the property as follows: a) Refurbishment of the existing original sash windows and the replacement of non-original single glazing with heritage "slim glaze" double glazed units. b) Refurbishment of the original front entrance door and fanlight and the addition of a secondary glazing unit to the rear of the fanlight. c) Removal of non-original metal sheeting to an original opening in the rear boundary wall and the replacement of same with a new timber door. d) Removal of an existing window & door to a non-original extension and the replacement of same with a new window & door.
