Description

4. The additional residential floor area hereby approved at first floor level, shall be amalgamated with the existing residential unit and remain a one bedroom unit. It shall not be sub-divided / separated from the principal residential unit by lease or sale. Prior to commencement of development, a detailed floor plan for the resultant one-bedroom residential unit shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
