2. Prior to commencement of development hereby granted permission, the Applicant shall submit the following details for written agreement of the Planning Authority. (a) The driveway entrance shall be relocated westward to be adjacent to the boundary with No. 230 Galtymore Road so as to not impact upon the existing on-street disabled parking bay on Galtymore Road. (b) Driveway entrance shall be at most 3.0m in width and shall not have outward opening gates Reason: In the interest of proper planning and the sustainable development of the area.
