9. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Traffic Division of Dublin City Council: a) Cycle parking for staff to a minimum of Development Plan 2022-2028 standards shall be provided. Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Revised plans detailing cycle parking shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement prior to the commencement of the development.
