Description

4. Prior to the commencement of development, the following details shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with the planning authority: (b) The internal road layout and in particular the entrances to underground/undercroft car parking spaces shall be designed in accordance with the principles of the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets. Specifically, corner radii and pedestrian crossing points shall be designed in accordance with section 4.3 of the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets.
