Description

4. Prior to commencement of development full details of the materials, colours and textures of all external finishes to the permitted extension, including samples, shall be submitted to the Planning Authority and written agreement obtained. All materials to be used shall be of a high quality and the brick to be used on the main elevation shall be in a colour to be agreed, to harmonise with the adjoining finishes on Goldsmith Street. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity.
