The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: xi. The introduction of a bike enclosure to the front garden is not supported. It is noted that there is a side gate providing access to the rear garden and that access to the rear garden from the laneway is proposed as part of this application. Revised drawings showing the omission of the bike enclosure from the front garden, possibly relocating it to the rear garden, are to be submitted.
