8. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: k) Full plans and details of all servicing access arrangements including during construction works shall be submitted to the planning authority and agreed with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) prior to the commencement of development. Details shall demonstrate no adverse impact on Luas operation and safety. The developer shall be required to ensure any works including landscaping, planting and signage do not impede tram drivers’ visibility of the road junction, associated signals or affect the footpath to the extent that pedestrians may walk into the swept path of oncoming trams.
