3. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments: a) The two-storey extension to the side shall be set back c.0.8 meters in total, from the front building line of the existing house. b) The two bedrooms to the side extension, at first floor level, shall comply with the minimum standards for bedroom as set out in the Quality Housing for Sustainable Communities (2007).
