6. That the drainage arrangements be in accordance with the requirements of Dublin City Council a) There is no objection to this development, subject to the developer complying with the Greater Dublin Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works Version 6.0 (available from Forms and Downloads). b)The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed with the DPPDC section prior to commencement of the development. c) The development is to be drained on a completely separate foul and surface water system. d)The developer shall ensure that an appropriate Flood Risk Assessment, in accordance with the OPW Guidelines and the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment, is carried out for the proposed development. e) Surface water runoff from any new/replacement parking area/driveway shall be managed through the use of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), ensuring no increase in surface water discharge to the public drainage network, in accordance with the requirements of the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028. f)All private drainage infrastructure such as, downpipes, gullies, manholes, armstrong junctions, etc. shall be located within the final site boundary. Private drainage infrastructure is not permitted in public areas, or areas intended to be taken in charge.
