Description

The development will consist of: a) the demolition of existing single storey garage & utility section, b) the construction of a new 2 storey extension to the side and extend existing hipped roof to new party wall, c) the installation of a new skylight to the front and side roof, d) the construction of a single storey extension to the rear including roof alterations, e) the construction of a new flat roof dormer to the rear to convert the attic space to a habitable room, f) the widening of the existing vehicular entrance from 2.5m to 3.5m wide, g) including all associated site works.
