3. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit to the Planning Authority revised drawings for the written agreement with the following admendments: (i) The first floor extension is to be reduced in width by 1m. (ii) The proposed ensuite and bathroom shall be permantely fitted with obscured glazing. (iii) The size of the propsed rear windows shall be reduced in scale to 1.5m in length by 1m in width. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
