Description
3. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit the following details, for the written agreement of the planning authority: a) The depth of the first floor rear extension shall be reduced to no more than 3.5 meters deep. b) The proposed extension to the front of the dwelling prohibits the ability to park a vehicle within the front area of the property. Development Plan standards require a space of 5m D x 3m W, for the parking of vehicles. The applicant shall either set back the proposed front extension or alternatively to omit the vehicular access to the front garden, to achieve the above standard. Revised drawings to be submitted.
