The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: ii) A revised palette of materials is to be submitted for approval in advance of works commencing and samples of proposed materials to be provided for the approval of the Planning Authority. iii) Revised floor layouts (1:50) are to be provided omitting fitted furniture across chimneybreasts at all floors and revising the rear first floor room layout to respect the historic planform including the primacy of the chimneybreast within the plan.
