3. The development shall be revised as follows: The upper floor of the two storey extension shall be omitted. The revised single storey extension shall comprise a flat green roof structure in accordance with the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028, Volume 2, Appendix 11 - Dublin City Council Green and Blue Roof Guide Document. The single storey extension shall have a maximum internal floor to ceiling height of 2.6 metres. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings:-
