7. The developer shall comply with Section 7, mitigation measures set out in the 13th December 2019, Hydrogeological Impact Assessment report. Prior to commencement of the proposed basement, the applicant shall contact the drainage section of Dublin City Council to agree on a schedule and scope of works including mitigation measures. The applicant shall record all works on the proposed basement and submit a non-technical summary to Dublin City Council after the basement have been completed. Reason: To ensure compliance with objective SI19 of the North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock SDZ
