Ref. DSDZ5107/22). The development involves the installation of 2 no. externally illuminated signs to the corner of the south and west elevation of Building R at Level 5 and 1 no. externally illuminated sign to the southern elevation directly above the entrance to the building. The total area for the proposed signage is c. 22 sq. m. No other external alterations are proposed to the building under this planning application. This application relates to a proposed development within the North Lotts & Grand Canal Dock Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme Area.
