9. The developer shall comply with the following roads and traffic requirements: e) Prior to commencement of any development the applicant, developer or contractor shall contact Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) to ascertain and agree any requirements in relation to working on, near, or adjacent the Luas Light Rail System. The development shall comply with the Code of Practice for Working On, Near or Adjacent to the Luas Tram System.
