2. The development shall be revised as follows: The proposed new mews building/activity hub in the rear garden shall be revised as follows: (i) the height of the building shall be reduced and the extension above the top of existing boundary walls shall be minimised (omitting high-level fenestration onto the lane to the rear of properties on Ellesmere Avenue), demonstrating the sensitive reuse of salvaged brick from the demolished mews building and incorporating high-quality slim-profile steel or aluminium fenestration. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings.
