8. The Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit of Dublin City Council requires that a Construction Management Plan for the development be prepared. The developer must adhere to Dublin City Council’s Construction and Demolition Good Practice Guide for Construction Sites for mitigation measures regarding air, noise and vibration pollution throughout the duration of the works. https://www.dublincity.ie/residential/environment/air-quality-monitoring-and-noise-control-unit/good-practice-guide-construction-and-demolition Once the Construction Management Plan has been completed, it shall be submitted to the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit for review and written agreement.
