3. The development shall be revised, as follows: (a) The width of the proposed dormer shall be reduced so that it measures no more than 3m in width. (b) The proposed window for Bedroom 1 in the rear extension at first floor level shall be flush with the rear building line. (c) All proposed bathroom/ensuite windows shall be permanently glazed with opaque glass. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the building.
