5. Prior to any occupation of Block 1 and Block 5 the applicant shall submit detailed drawings for the written agreement of the Planning authority demonstrating the location of additional bicycle parking spaces to meet the needs of the additional units. The additional spaces shall be separated between each block, as follows: a) Block 1 - 12no. Long-term and 4no. visitor spaces b) Block 5 - 8no. Long-term and 3no. visitor spaces The proposed spaces shall be located as close as possible to residential access stair cores and designed in accordance with the bicycle parking standards contained within the Dublin City Development Plan 2022 – 2028 and Section 6 of the National Cycle Manual, September 2023 in terms of separation distances, access corridor widths and floor to ceiling heights.
