Description

15. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the planning authority’s Transportation Planning Division. (b) Prior to commencement of development and on the appointment of a contractor, a construction and traffic management plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, noise management measures, and access arrangements for labour, plant and materials including the location of a plant and machine compound.
