4. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The proposed rendered elements to be located on the northern, southern, eastern and western façades shall be omitted and replaced by face brick. b) Delineation of the historic plots (pier) to extend down to ground floor level to ensure the legibility of the historic plot, albeit superficially, on Mabbot Lane. c) Ground floor door heights should be co-ordinated in a more harmonious and ordered manner than indicated and details to be provided to fully describe all proposed door materials/colours/arrangements and signage. d) New window openings (to the rear of No. 87) to be aligned in an orderly manner to present a more harmonious composition in the new façade Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
