18. Details of the bicycle parking space location, layout, access to the basement, storage arrangement, marking demarcation, and security provisions for bicycle spaces shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority prior to commencement of development Reason: To ensure that adequate bicycle parking provision is available to serve the proposed development, in the interest of sustainable transportation.
