6. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council; d) The following drawings shall be submitted to the planning authority in advance of the works commencing: i. Section through the new building and existing historic warehouse to the rear of No. 89 Gardiner Street, including flashing and gutter/drainage details to illustrate the junction between the north elevation and the adjoining hipped roof to the historic warehouse.
