9. The following requirements of the Transport Planning Division shall be undertaken as follows: a) Prior to commencement of the development full details of all potential works to the public road, including the provision of a raised table, shall be agreed in writing with the Traffic Advisory Group and Road Maintenance Division of the Planning Authority. Materials shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council. Any works to the public road shall be carried out at the developer’s expense.
