2. The construction of the development shall be managed in accordance with a final Construction Management Plan, which shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. The final plan shall be based on the preliminary plan submitted to the Board on the 5th day of January 2022 and shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including access and parking for vehicles, noise management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste. The hours of working shall be between 0700 and 1900 Monday to Friday and 0800 and 1400 on Saturday, unless the prior written agreement of the planning authority to works outside these hours has been obtained. The footpath across the entrance to the proposed development from Lullymore Terrace shall be repaired and reinstated to the satisfaction of the planning authority upon completion of the proposed development. Reason: In the interests of public safety and residential amenity.
