5. The applicant shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: (a) The developer shall submit a surface water management plan incorporating Sustainable Drainage Systems, including drawings and report, directly to the Dublin City Council Drainage Division for approval prior to commencement of the development.
