Description

13. Public lighting shall be provided in accordance with a scheme, which shall include lighting along finalised pedestrian routes through open spaces and the mitigation measures to address impacts on bats, details of which shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. The design of the lighting scheme shall take account of existing public lighting in the surrounding area. Such lighting shall be provided prior to the making available for occupation of any unit. Reason: In the interests of amenity and public safety.
