Description

3: The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a main contractor, a Construction Management Plan having regard to mitigation measures as per the Environmental Report (RPS, November 2020) and the Engineering Report (Roughan & O’Donovan, November 2020) shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction/demolition practice for the development, including traffic management, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste.
