4. Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: i) A comprehensive and detailed photographic record cross referenced against a drawn record of the extant building including internal rooms, with historic fabric and architectural features identified. iii) The applicant shall submit revised drawings showing all proposed new openings in structural fabric reduced to 3m as a maximum. iv) 1:10 details of all new doors / hardwood gates. v) The applicant shall confirm the provenance of the extant garage doors. vii) The proposed alteration of historic windows from the staircase / landing at upper ground floor and first floor shall be omitted from the proposal. The applicant shall submit revised drawings showing these historic windows retained in situ. viii) The applicant shall submit 1:10 details in elevation and section of the proposed clerestorey window to the proposed extension. ix) The applicant shall submit 1:5 junction details of the proposed new extension and the historic boundary walls. x) The applicant shall submit 1:10 details of the junction between the historic window and the sedum roof. The top of the sedum roof should be 150mm min lower than the underside of the historic window cill in order to facilitate appropriate drainage. Reason: In order to ensure protection and conservation of the features of historic and architectural significance in the protected structure.
