Description
The development will consist of: (i) construction of a five-storey, over-basement level residential development comprising 2 no. residential units (1 no. three-bed unit at basement, ground and first floor levels (Unit No. 1) and 1 no. four-bed unit at second, third and fourth floor levels (Unit No. 2)) with a set-back at fourth floor level. Each unit will be served with private open space with Unit No. 1 provided with terraces to the front and rear elevation at basement and first floor levels and Unit No. 2 provided with terraces to the front and rear elevations at second and fourth floor levels and to the front at the third-floor level. The building will be accessed off North King Street with an external stairwell also provided to the rear.
