4. Prior to the commencement of the use, the Applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, drawings of all proposed signage to the premises. Any proposed signage shall consist of high quality materials which may include backlit stainless steel lettering pin mounted directly onto the existing fascia. Any illumination of the signage should be subtly backlit Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
