4. The following requirements of the Conservation Officer shall be met in full: a) The proposed opening from existing Bedroom 4 to the reconfigured bathroom and the amendments shown to the existing chimney and fireplace shall be omitted from the permitted development. b) Details of the proposed junctions between the new steel beams in the rear kitchen and the historic rear wall of the dwelling shall be submitted for agreement with the Conservation Officer. c) Proposed details of any amendments or readjustments to the existing rainwater downpipes shall be submitted for agreement with the Conservation Officer. d) All proposed rain water goods shall be cast iron. Prior to the commencement of development these matters shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority. Reason: To ensure that the integrity of this protected structure is maintained.
