5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit the following to the Planning Authority for written agreement: (d) A Servicing and Operations Plan shall be submitted which shall include details of anticipated servicing demands and associated service generated traffic and parking/set down management within the scheme. In the event that additional set down areas are demonstrated to be required, the locations of each shall be shown on a revised road layout plan.
