6. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: h) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water, providing an integrated approach with the landscaping proposals. Soft landscaping should be considered before hard landscaping. The proposals as set out in the Engineering Reports by POGA for the incorporation of Rain Water Garden Planter, Permeable Paving and Swales shall form part of the constructed development. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be submitted for agreement to Drainage Division prior to the commencement of construction.
