The development will consist of: Removal of part of existing boundary wall along Watling Street and construction of a 4-storey warehouse unit including; ancillary workshop/ workspace at ground floor level; office floorspace, canteen and staff facilities at third floor level; and a plant area enclosure and PV panels on the roof.
