2. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit a revised floor plan for the written approval of the Planning Authority indicating the re-location of the display area of alcohol products to the rear of the shop adjacent to the door to the staff areas. Drawings should also indicate the omission of the display area near the entrance. The display area of alcohol products shall be limited to that area of the shop only as detailed on the agreed plans.
